On Oro Verde Avenue in Martos, near the sports center, lie the remains of a 7th-century Paleochristian Basilica. With three aisles, a baptismal font, and an access courtyard, it reflects the city’s Visigothic and Roman importance, alongside a high-imperial Roman road.
