Casa de la Cultura de Utrera
- Vía Augusta desde Cádiz / Utrera-Alcalá de Guadaira
The Casa de Cultura is located in an old building with remains dating back to the beginning of the 16th century.
The recent history of the building begins on 24 May 1984, when it was acquired by the Town Hall. Restoration and adaptation work began in the spring of 1988 and was completed on 17 June 1990.
The Casa de Cultura is a space open to the public, where socio-cultural activities are promoted, programmed and carried out. It is a place for meetings, leisure and information. It is open to the public from 7.30 am to 3 pm and from 4.30 pm to 9.30 pm, from Monday to Friday.
Since it was set up, it has been conceived as a cultural facility of proximity, as a place where training, exhibition and production activities of ‘creative languages’ are carried out.
