A 1920s regionalist house designed by Aníbal González. Square in plan with a characteristic tower topped with glazed ceramics, it boasts Neo-Mudejar, Renaissance, and Baroque elements. It houses the Francisco Delicado Municipal Library, as well as a historical archive, exhibition halls, workshops, and multipurpose rooms.
