This Interpretation Center on the qualities of olive oil and its nutritional uses is located in the Oleocampo Cooperative Society, 2 km from the trail. It offers guided tours of the bottling plant, EVOO tasting, and a visit to the interpretation center. It is one of the nine interpretation centers that form part of the Sierra Sur de Jaén Olive Oil Mill Network.
