The Monastery of Santa María de Moreruela, whose construction began in 1162, is one of the jewels of the cultural heritage of the province of Zamora, having been declared an Asset of Cultural Interest.

The Interpretation Centre is located inside the Monastery.

Free and open access. Guided tours can be booked in advance by calling +34679792890.

Open from Wednesday to Sunday (Closed on 1 January, 24-25-31 December).

Summer opening hours (from April to September) from 10am to 2pm and from 4pm to 8pm.

Winter opening hours (from October to March) from 11am to 5pm.
