This Interpretation Center on the Olive Oil Production System and its Evolution Throughout History is located in the Luis Cano e Hijos olive oil mill, in Ermita Nueva, 100 meters from the path. It offers guided tours of the mill, EVOO tastings, and a visit to the interpretation center. It is one of the nine interpretation centers that form part of the Sierra Sur de Jaén Olive Oil Tourism Network.
