The Hermitage of Las Ánimas has its origins in the 18th century, when it was built by devotees of the Virgen de las Angustias. Over the years, the hermitage has undergone several restorations and extensions, but has maintained its original structure and sacred character. Inside, you can find religious images and objects of worship that are venerated by the faithful who come to pray.

The hermitage also has a small outdoor courtyard where various religious festivities and events are held throughout the year. These celebrations are very popular among the inhabitants of Abla and nearby towns, who come in procession to pay homage to the Virgen de las Angustias. Without a doubt, the Ermita de Las Ánimas is a place of meeting and devotion for the local community.
