Iglesia de San Bartolomé

Due to its location outside the Almedina, it may have been an ancient Christianised mosque. Its existence is documented from 1448 onwards, although the Gothic part was built later, at the end of the 15th or beginning of the 16th century.

It is of simple construction although it has three naves without transept, covered by ribbed vaults and Mudejar coffered ceilings. There are altarpieces from the 16th and 18th centuries as well as paintings from the second half of the 16th, 16th and 18th centuries.
