The Parish Church of Saint Amador and Saint Anne, in Baroque style, was built in the 17th century to honor Saint Amador of Tucci, patron of Martos, a Mozarabic Christian born in the 9th century and martyred in Córdoba in 855. The former parish of Saint Anne was moved here, making it the main parish church of the city.
