Iglesia Virgen del Rosario en Rioja

It is a Catholic temple dating from the 16th century. Built on the site of a former mosque, it has a simple architecture with a rectangular floor plan, a gabled roof and an outstanding bell tower that stands out in the urban landscape. During the Spanish Civil War, the original building was destroyed, leaving only the tower. Subsequently, the church was rebuilt, maintaining its relevance as the centre of the religious and cultural life of the local community.
