QUESOS LA HINIESTA, La Hiniesta

A family-run artisan cheese factory, using cow's, goat's and sheep's milk.

Its star brand is ‘La Retama’, which are goat and sheep cheeses with a special care in its elaboration, having the variants of Matured, Reserve and Gran Reserve.

Direct sales to the public, with cheese wedge formats from 350 grams to 3 kg. cheeses. Small formats for tasting during the pilgrimage, or larger, all with the option of HOME DELIVERY.

Open Monday to Friday from 9 to 13h and 16 to 18h.
