The visit of Emperor Charles V to Monesterio on 7 March 1526 when he went to Seville to marry Isabella of Portugal is commemorated. There are re-enactments of the welcome to the king and dramatisations with 16th century historical settings, such as imperial dinners. All accompanied by live music, Iberian gastronomy and other activities.
