The main singularity of Lucentina's Holy Week is the ‘santería’, understood as the peculiar way of carrying the ‘tronos’ with the images in procession. ‘Santear' is the action of carrying the “trono” on the shoulder, in accordance with unwritten rules of respect and solemnity, which make it an achievement of considerable aesthetic value. Participation in a ‘cuadrilla’ is by choice of the ‘manijero’ - the ‘aviar’ - or ‘aviar’. Once ‘aviados’ are ‘aviados’, the santeros form an association whose cohesion remains until the end of the procession. Santeria is surrounded by a series of ritual acts, the most important of which are the ‘juntas’, in which the common meal establishes the bonds of camaraderie necessary for the joint effort on the day of the procession. At the ‘juntas’ the santeros sing the saetas known as ‘santería’, accompanied by drumming.
