This is one of the largest religious and festive events with a significant artistic legacy, as some of its brotherhoods were founded in the 16th and 17th centuries. This festival is celebrated in the municipality with great fervor and devotion by its inhabitants.

Utrera is part of the Caminos de Pasión (Paths of Passion), a cultural route that combines history, artistic heritage, traditions, gastronomy, crafts, and nature in several emblematic municipalities in inland Andalusia. They all share their devotion and beautiful Holy Week traditions.
