On one side there is a well, it is a space formed by a rectangular nave with a gabled roof, which has five openings, three of them blinded, and an interior roof with two independent vaults. It shows two different constructive phases, one possibly original to the construction of the building in the XV century, of square plant and inspired in a qubba, and the other attributable to a later extension in the XVIII century, of Baroque style, to which the mural paintings that it conserves in the internal walls are linked. The functionality of this construction is probably due to the protection and maintenance of the spring.

On the other hand, there are a series of structures associated with the distribution and access to water. For this, attached to the rectangular nave described above, on the north façade, there is a rectangular pylon built with stone masonry. It conserves the trace of a vaulted roof. Next to this there is a well with curbstone of heptagonal plant and with brick vault cover. This structure underwent an intervention around 1990 that hid the original features of the construction.

The abandonment of this hydraulic complex has caused a high degree of deterioration, affecting the external coatings and the painting of the walls, which has been lost in its entirety, while vegetation covers much of the structure.

Since 2019, work has been underway to restore the structure to its original state.
