STAGE: Abla - Hueneja (Variante)

We leave Abla from the placeta de San Antón and taking the road downhill to the right we find a signpost indicating us to continue on the road to the neighbouring town of Abrucena. A dirt track leads us to the town where we turn left and climb up towards the church and the town hall square. We continue straight on and whoever wants to rest in the municipal pilgrims' hostel must turn off to the left towards the dog alley, but if we decide to continue along the path we turn right looking for the exit from the village towards the Ermita de San José. From there we take a dirt track towards a population centre, cross the river and the road, then take a track on the right that leads us to the Camino de Real where we join the official road a little further on in front of the Ermita de la Virgen del Carmen. Once again we reach the river and continue upstream until we reach the village of Fiñana.
