STAGE: Antequera - Cartaojal

Situated in the Church of Santiago (in the northwest of the city), we take Calle de Belén to the Puerta de Granada and continue along Calle Granada and the road to the cemetery.

We leave the cemetery on the left, the Dolmen on the right, and we will find the first arrows a little before a roundabout. After passing the bridge over the railway, we enter the Vega Antequerana on a flat road that crosses the MA-232 road, and 2.5 km later crosses the motorway by a subway next to the River Guadalhorce on our right.

After 1 km we cross over the A-92 motorway. After another 4.5 km of gentle ascent, along the Cuevas Bajas road, we reach Cartaojal.
